Annual Report
Our quality assurance and quality enhancement policies and processes are linked to the concepts of continuous development, improvement and accountability, and are in accordance with Australian and NSW legislative and reporting requirements.
The Open Training and Education Network (OTEN) is Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and we are committed to meeting the requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (2015). The Standards provide the national framework that registers and regulates training organisations. This ensures that the training OTEN provides and the qualifications issued by studying with us are recognised throughout Australia.
