Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
For recognition of skills and knowledge acquired outside of formal training and education complete the Enrolment Adjustment - Credit – Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) form, and include the required evidence. Submit to your teaching section via TAFE Digital.
Information about the skills and knowledge required for each of the units of competency in your course can be found on this website on the course information page. Use the course search page to locate your courses' course information page.
You can access a number of other websites to help prepare your RPL application. The Training Services NSW site provides detailed information on skills and trade recognition. Skillsbook is a site that includes competency navigator, a tool to assess your skills against the competencies in a qualification and also has a space for preparing a portfolio.
